Return & Exchange Policy

All saree orders are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, as each saree is made to order or specially curated for you.
Please review product details, fabric information, and measurements carefully before placing your order.
Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings or lighting during photography. This will not be considered a defect.
Damage Policy
Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps below:
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery to our support team.
You must provide an unboxing video showing the full parcel opening process (from sealed package to the damaged item).
Claims without video proof or reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Once verified, our team will review the case and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or store credit.
Please note:
Damage caused after delivery (e.g., handling, washing, or alteration) will not be eligible for return or exchange.
We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies as defective.
